What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Create domestic and international travel arrangements for clients, including air, hotel, rail, and ground transportation
  • Ensure reservations are built according to client standards and preferences
  • Act as a trusted advisor by offering informed recommendations for the best traveler experience
  • Handle a wide range of bookings, including complex itineraries and ticket exchanges
  • Resolve any issues that may occur during or before travel assignments
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Travel Consultant or 5 years in another customer service industry
  • Advanced knowledge of GDS (Sabre)
  • U.S. citizenship required due to Federal Government contract
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Military experience or certifications as a substitute for some requirements
