• Conduct sales calls using consultative business process reviews, guiding prospects through the sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing
• Set appointments with prospects via telephone, email, and marketing campaigns
• Identify prospect goals and recommend solutions for process improvement
• Provide value-added services such as technical support and relationship management
• Negotiate appealing contract terms and pricing to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability for the employer

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 5 years of new customer acquisition sales or related experience, preferably in the banking field
• Proven track record in a team selling and lead sharing environment
• Strong knowledge of business concepts, including accounts payable and purchasing systems
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Association with CFMA – Construction Financial Management Association
• Experience with consultative sales processes
• Strong data analysis and presentation skills
• Ability to manage relationships independently and negotiate contracts effectively
• Motivated self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills
