We’re looking for a hands‑on, high‑impact Warehouse Manager to lead operations at the heart of our growing ecommerce/wholesale retail brand.

We’re not a traditional 3PL , but we operate with that level of rigor. We’re implementing a 3PL‑style WMS and run a hybrid fulfillment model: the majority of our orders ship from our Scottsdale warehouse, while roughly 30% are fulfilled through a third‑party 3PL (and that ratio may evolve as we scale).

This role owns the full warehouse operation from team leadership, inbound and outbound shipments, inventory accuracy, systems optimization, and operational excellence. You’ll be responsible for creating a warehouse that runs clean, tight, and efficient without losing the energy and agility of a fast‑growing brand.

• Lead day‑to‑day warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Manage and develop the warehouse team including hiring, training, motivating, and maintaining a high performance bar.
• Maintain strong inventory accuracy through routine cycle counts and organized processes.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and remove bottlenecks as they arise.
• Use existing systems (Shopify and WMS) to manage workflow and reporting.
• Track basic warehouse KPIs (accuracy, ship time, productivity) and improve team performance.
• Partner with operations and leadership to ensure smooth product flow.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Support process improvements as volume increases.

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager (ecommerce or high‑SKU environments strongly preferred).
• Experience operating in or alongside 3PL environments.
• Strong systems experience for example:
  Ship Station, Shopify, and ERP platforms required (Extensiv, SAP, Oracle, or similar a plus).
• Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.
• A natural leader who can build accountability, energy, and team ownership.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and process improvement.
• Comfortable analyzing data and performance metrics to drive operational decisions.
• Adaptable and calm under pressure in a fast‑moving environment.
• Forklift certification and knowledge of warehouse safety standards preferred.
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, reporting, inventory analysis).
