** Your Responsibilities**
* ** AI-Enabled System Engineering**:
Design, build, and maintain AI-enabled systems and services that support safe and reliable AI usage across the enterprise.
* ** Platform & Workflow Integration**:
Work directly with engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing platforms and workflows.
* ** Shared Services & Infrastructure**:
Build and maintain shared infrastructure (API’s, pipelines, tooling) required for AI Operations.
* ** Observability & Operational Excellence**:
Implement monitoring, logging, and metrics to track AI system usage, performance, and operational health.
* ** Cross-Team Collaboration**:
Partner with our AI innovation, security, infrastructure, and platform teams to ensure production readiness and enterprise alignment.
* ** Standards & Operational Playbooks**:
Contribute to standards, patterns, and runbooks that ensure consistent implementation of AI capabilities.
** Your Experience, Skills & Competencies
*** Bachelor's degree in related field required or 5+ years of professional software development experience with senior-level technical ownership
* Master’s degree in related field preferred
* Strong proficiency in an object-oriented programming language, full-stack experience preferred.
* Hands on experience with cloud infrastructure, AWS being preferred.
* Hands on experience with AI development and integration.
* Familiarity with Dev Ops and CI/CD tooling such Harness, Git Hub Actions, Jenkins, etc.
* Strong understanding of system design and best practices
