Acara Solutions seeks an Advanced Software Engineer for Linux Driver Development in Crypto and Cross-Domain Solutions for our client in Scottsdale, AZ.

• As a software engineer for the Crypto and Cross Domain Solutions, you'll be a member of a cross-functional team responsible for designing and developing next-generation cryptographic solutions.
• Design and develop Linux kernel drivers for embedded cryptographic and cross-domain systems.
• Contribute to a cross-functional engineering team delivering high-performance solutions.
• Apply technical standards and methodologies to solve complex challenges.
• Participate in secure development practices aligned with classified program requirements.
• Support continuous improvement and innovation across the engineering lifecycle.

Required Skills /

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering or Science or Engineering or Mathematics.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience developing Linux Kernel Drivers for embedded systems.

• Experience with Petalinux/Xilinx SoC (Zynq Ultrascale+/Versal).
• Experience with Linux Networking/Routing.
• Capable of proposing high-quality and high-performing solutions with minimal input.
• Skilled in kernel driver debugging techniques needed.
• Experience with Docker and podman on Linux.
• Experience with Windriver Linux.
