What We’re Looking For
We're seeking a Prewire Technician at our Scottsdale location. This role is essential to the early phase of home automation installations, focusing on low-voltage infrastructure including audio, video, lighting, shades, and climate control systems in luxury residential properties. You’ll help lay the foundation that brings our high-end solutions to life.

Responsibilities

• Install low-voltage cabling for custom AV and automation systems
• Pull, terminate, and label data, audio, video, and control wires
• Maintain clean and organized cable management
• Read and follow plans to execute wiring layout with precision
• Work in attics, crawlspaces, and ladders as needed
• Maintain a clean and respectful job site per builder guidelines
• Troubleshoot, test, and verify system connections and signal paths
• Foster great relationships with jobsite trades and homebuilders
• Accurately document completed work and any modifications

What You Bring

• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Experience with electrical or low-voltage wiring (preferred, not required)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in varying conditions, including Arizona summers
• Must be physically able to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in tight spaces
