As an Electrical Assistant, you’ll work alongside electricians on some of the most beautiful homes in Arizona — wiring lighting, power, and integrated smart systems with the attention to detail our clients expect. You’ll bring field experience, curiosity, and a willingness to grow into a true craftsperson.

• Support electricians on residential new builds and remodels
• Pull wire, set boxes, install lighting fixtures, devices, and panels
• Follow electrical drawings, plans, and scope documents accurately
• Coordinate with AV and lighting integration teams for smooth crossover installs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
• Communicate clearly with your crew and project managers about progress and needs
• Represent Oasis with professionalism on every site and with every client

• Smart — You read the room, solve problems, and communicate well under pressure

• 2+ years of residential electrical experience
• Strong wire-pulling and rough-in skills
• Familiarity with high-end lighting or smart home systems a plus
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely on ladders or in attics
• Pride in your work and the desire to deliver excellence every time
