* JOB SUMMARY:

** The Asset Protection Coordinator is responsible for supporting all safety, security, and asset protection initiatives designed to safeguard company assets, including property, building, fixtures, equipment, merchandise, supplies, funds, and most importantly, our employees. This role ensures compliance with company guidelines and promotes a safe and secure environment for all.

* KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* ** Surveillance & Investigation:
** Monitor CCTV, conduct package checks, assist with alarm response, investigate suspicious activities, and assist with internal theft investigations by identifying trends and gathering data from reporting in our Employee Service Area.
* ** Safety & Security:
** Enforce safety procedures, maintain security systems, and support safe work environments.
* ** Shrink Trend Support:
** Executing strategies to reduce shrink (loss), manage inventory, and deter unauthorized asset removal through RFID reporting.
* ** Reporting:
** Complete incident reports, investigation paperwork, and security metric reports accurately and on time.

Collaboration:

** Assist in training store teams on asset prevention, partner with management on action plans, and liaise with local law enforcement.

** Perform audits on operational, inventory, and safety procedures.

* QUALIFICATIONS:

*** 1 year of retail or Asset Protection experience
* Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
* Calm and professional demeanor when handling safety issues, including potentially aggressive individuals.
* High level of accountability, initiative, and confidentiality.
* Preferred knowledge of CCTV systems and basic computer skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
* Commitment to ethical behavior and adherence to company Code of Conduct.
