As a Security Officer - Armed Financial Patrol in Scottsdale, AZ
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. You will conduct routine patrols and remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, engage with clients and visitors, provide exceptional customer service, and support a secure environment.

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the financial institution and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to deter unauthorized access and maintain a visible security presence.
• Document and report any suspicious activities, security-related incidents, or irregularities observed during patrols.
• Collaborate with site management and law enforcement during incidents or investigations.
• Assist visitors, employees, and contractors with site access and provide guidance on security-related protocols.
• Remain alert and prepared to respond to emergencies or alarms per Allied Universal and site procedures.

• 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or a college degree.
• Be at least 21 years of age (for armed roles).
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Armed guard card or license is preferred.
• Pepper spray certification is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by law;
  Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
