** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

+ Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the financial institution's premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

+ Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a visible security-related presence.

+ Document and report any suspicious activities, security-related incidents, or irregularities observed during patrols.

+ Collaborate with site management and law enforcement as needed during incidents or investigations.

+ Assist visitors, employees, and/or contractors with site access and provide guidance on security-related protocols.

+ Remain alert and prepared to respond to emergencies or alarms in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement military or security-related experience or possess a college degree.

+ Be at least 21 years of age.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ An armed guard card or license is preferred.

+ Pepper spray certification is preferred.

+ Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
