• We are seeking a high-performing Senior Support and Outbound Sales Specialist with 3–5 years of experience in outbound sales, client support, and CRM-driven workflow management.
• This is a part-time role (16 hours/week) designed for a motivated professional who thrives in a Onsite work environment.
• The ideal candidate is based in Scottsdale, AZ, comfortable working on-site and able to take ownership of sales outreach, customer satisfaction, and communication excellence.

• 3 to 5 years of combined experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or customer support.
• Proven ability in cold calling, objection handling, and prospect qualification.
• Strong customer service background with experience handling escalated issues.
• High-level verbal and written communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with CRMs (E.g.: Hub Spot or equivalent).
• Familiarity with social media usage and SMO best practices.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
