BCG - Client Development Executive

Alera Group is looking for a Client Development Executive. We are seeking highly motivated colleagues who bring experience and enthusiasm to our team – joining us may be the perfect fit for you!

We are passionate about our clients’ success in the areas of Employee Benefits, Property and Casualty Insurance, Retirement Plan Services, and Wealth Services. With a network of offices nationwide, our commitment to collaboration allows us to offer national resources combined with local service.

• Build and manage a sustainable pipeline of prospects through proactive outreach (calls, emails, networking) and effective use of tools such as Zoom Info, Linked In, etc
• Maintain organized prospect lists, qualify leads, and schedule/confirm initial and follow-up sales appointments while preparing materials for meetings and presentations
• Support business development by contributing to sales strategy, attending trade shows and virtual events, and helping drive new business opportunities and long-term client relationships

• 5+ years in the employee benefits industry and/or marketing, plus 2+ years of sales experience
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred
• Health/Life insurance license preferred

This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.

Salary range is $75K to 85K per year.
