Guide Clients and Drive Growth
You will own the sales cycle, turning interested leads into satisfied clients who can access the legal help they need.
- Own the Pipeline:
Master pipeline management and proactively engage warm leads, guiding them with clarity and care toward experienced legal professionals. - Be a Trusted Advisor:
Quickly diagnose each client s unique situation and offer tailored, collaborative solutions in partnership with our legal experts. - Shatter Goals:
Consistently meet and exceed aggressive sales quotas, directly propelling Flare s rapid growth. - Drive Excellence:
Partner closely with our legal and client success teams to ensure a smooth, exceptional, and life-changing experience for every client. - Stay Sharp:
Leverage Salesforce and other best practices to track progress, refine your winning pitch, and optimize your workflow.
What You ll Bring to Flare
We re looking for an entrepreneurial-minded, results-driven salesperson with a client-first mindset and a genuine drive to succeed.
- 1–3 years of proven success in a sales or client-facing role (B2C or high-touch sales experience is ideal).
- Exceptional communication skills—you can simplify complex ideas and build instant trust.
- A relentless drive to meet and exceed sales targets with an uncapped earning motivation.
- Proficiency in working with Salesforce or a similar CRM to manage and forecast a pipeline.
- A bonus, but not a requirement:
Experience or passion for the legal, family law, or immigration fields.

- Exceptional Earning Potential:
Your starting Base Salary is $50,000, with potential increases to $55,000 after 6 months and $60,000 after 1 year. This is paired with a lucrative, uncapped commission plan. - Target Total Compensation (OTE):
Expect to earn $80,000-$120,000+. Our top performers have the potential to earn significantly more. - Hybrid Flexibility:
