Commercial Lines Risk Advisor

Sales for our Commercial Lines sales is done by our Risk Advisors (also known as Agents or Producers). As a Risk Advisor, you will be responsible for acquiring and closing new business, cross-selling of current business, and servicing new policies as needed. You will consistently develop and maintain relationships with referral partners through proactive outreach, self-marketing, and attending networking events. You must excel in product line expertise, showcasing the ability to achieve the quality-of-service standards we’ve set as a company.

• Write new P&C business and cross-sell for maximum benefit.
• Cultivate new relationships through networking, cold-calling, and warm leads.
• Manage leads from referral partners such as mortgage, construction, and real estate.
• Utilize our proprietary tech for increased quote and cross-selling capacity.
• Manage relationships within the book of business.

• P&C License + 1 year of commercial insurance sales experience.
• Prefer book experience in construction, multi-family, commercial.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Experience operating multiple tech platforms simultaneously.
• Confidently works with urgency to meet deadlines.
