We are looking for a talented Account Executive to join our Scottsdale, AZ team. In this inside‑sales role you will make a high volume of outbound calls to sell our lead‑generation product Connections Plus
—real‑time buyer leads for agents and brokers. You will also promote additional seller, marketing, and branding solutions.

What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary of $55,000 plus uncapped commissions for an On Target Earnings of $120,000 (top performers can exceed $200,000).
  • Full benefit package starting on day one – Medical, Dental, Vision and 401(k).
How We Work
  • Hybrid work model: 3 days in office at 5601 N Pima Rd., Scottsdale, AZ (commuter distance required) and 2andescent days remote.
  • Standard schedule Monday–Friday 7:30am–4:30pm MST.
  • Accelerated creativity and innovation supported by in‑person collaboration and flexibility.
What You’ll Do
  • Generate new business sales to real‑estate agents and brokers through high‑volume outbound cold calling (100+ calls per day).
  • Sell Connections Plus and other marketing/branding solutions.
  • Use a prepared script to communicate product features, overcome objections, and highlight ROI.
  • Consistently achieve performance goals and key KPIs—including call and talk time and compliance requirements.
  • Excel in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment where competition and performance are rewarded.
What You’ll Bring
  • 3+ years of proven tele‑sales success (cold calling preferred).
  • Track record of surpassing sales goals through new customer acquisition and high‑level urgency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM or equivalent platforms; strong computer skills.
  • Confidence on the phone, proactive questioning, and solution‑oriented mindset.
  • Positive, solution‑focused attitude toward challenges and objections.
