JR Capital LLC, located in Old Town Scottsdale, specializes in providing reliable and flexible equipment financing, leasing, and working capital solutions to businesses across the United States. Our streamlined process allows businesses to secure same-day approvals for financing up to $500,000 with a simple one-page application, and we offer financing options up to $20 million for larger needs.

With no restrictions on equipment type or industry, JR Capital works directly with buyers and sellers to develop transparent and efficient financial solutions. We help businesses access the capital required for growth and success, offering exceptional support for equipment acquisition, working capital, and transaction structuring.

Responsibilities

This is an on-site Sales Intern role located in Scottsdale, AZ. As a Sales Development Representative, you will support the sales team by generating leads, assisting in customer communications, and observing or participating in sales calls. You will be expected to develop a strong understanding of JR Capital’s financing solutions, assist in maintaining client relationships, and contribute to the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.

There will be a base plus commission.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
  • Sales and Sales Management knowledge, with a focus on lead generation and developing strategies for successful client engagement
  • Ability to learn and assist with training on sales processes and techniques
  • Positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus
