** The Major Account Executive at Blue Yonder is responsible for developing, managing and growing relationships with key clients. This role requires a strategic and solution-oriented approach to addressing client needs, driving sales, and fostering long-term partnerships. The Major Account Executive will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and the delivery of tailored supply chain solutions.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Develop and maintain strong relationships with new accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including Product Development, Marketing, and Customer Success, to ensure the delivery of customized solutions that meet client needs.
* Conduct regular business reviews and present insights and recommendations to clients.
* Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring targets and objectives are met or exceeded.
* Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and Blue Yonder’s product offerings to provide expert consultation to clients.
** Technical Environment:
*** Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce for managing client information and sales activities.
* Familiarity with supply chain management software and solutions.
* Understanding of AI and machine learning technologies used in Blue Yonder’s product suite.

* Qualifications:

*** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in Enterprise Software Sales, or a related role, preferably within the software or supply chain industry.
* Proven track record of developing, managing and growing major accounts and achieving sales targets.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide strategic insights.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
