Job Title: Sales Manager - Player-Coach

Role Type: Full-time, Onsite

Hours: Monday-Friday, Events, & Occasional Saturday Mornings

Location: Scottsdale, Arizona

Income: $250k-$300k+/year

Our client, a renowned author of 'The 10X Rule' and 'Sell or Be Sold,' and the star of the TV series Undercover Billionaire, co-founded a leading business coaching and consulting firm in Scottsdale, Arizona. Since its inception in 2019, the firm has been dedicated to empowering clients to achieve personal, professional, and financial success through strategic business growth. Offering a full spectrum of support across operations, marketing, finance, and people management, the firm helps businesses scale through their signature 10X 360 events, conferences, workshops, and consulting services.

As they continue to expand, they are seeking a Sales Manager to lead their event ticket sales team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 10+ sales reps, ranging from newcomers to high performers, focused on selling B2B event tickets and consulting services that range from $5k-$40k in deal size.
  • Conduct daily sales meetings, 1:1s with team members, and perform call reviews.
  • Onboard and train new sales reps, ensuring they quickly become productive team members.
  • Actively participate in closing your own sales calls during the ramp-up period to learn and master the sales process (Player Coach).
  • Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds projections and KPIs.
  • Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates, aiding in lead generation and deal closing.
  • Drive performance through effective people management, including performance reviews, recognition, and rewards.

Compensation: $250k-$300k+/year (Including a base + commissions + bonuses)

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated track record as a top-performing B2B sales professional. Must be able to excel as an individual contributor during a 4-week training ramp before stepping into leadership.
  • Experience leading high-performing sales teams, with both new and experienced reps.
  • Familiarity with Grant Cardone's brand and related sales philosophies.
  • Knowledge of sales philosophies from the online high-ticket coaching and consulting space, including familiarity with training programs by Jeremy Miner, Cole Gordon, Andy Elliot, etc.
  • Willingness to relocate to Scottsdale, AZ, if not already based there—this is an onsite role.
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8 AM-6 PM, with occasional Saturday mornings for training and event preparation.
  • Hands-on leadership style, comfortable making dials and closing deals alongside your team.
