Associate Portfolio Representative – Full‑Time Roles Starting in Spring 2026

. This full‑time role starts in the Spring/Summer of 2026 and is part of an accelerated training track that prepares you to move into a Portfolio Executive position. You will learn how to build and manage a customer portfolio, delivering high‑quality service while driving business growth.
We provide strong onboarding, robust technology, and a supportive culture that promotes autonomy and career advancement. The role offers a balance of in‑office collaboration (four days a week) and a remote day, with opportunities for internal promotion across Sales, Global Forwarding, Operations, and Account Management.
Responsibilities Customer Experience- Convert sales leads into active customers by establishing contacts, fostering relationships, and understanding customer needs to achieve high conversation rates.
- Engage proactively with customers, carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to meet growth targets.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and manage exceptions with diplomacy.
- Identify automation opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Reconnect with dormant customers to stimulate demand.
- Execute strategy using negotiation skills and market knowledge.
- Generate additional business within teammate portfolios, exceeding monthly volume and revenue targets.
- Drive demand by engaging customers and capitalizing on business prospects.
- Transform transactional engagements into committed partnerships.
- Stay informed on customer, industry, and market changes to identify growth opportunities.
- Handle operational tasks such as quoting, load building, shipment activation, and order‑level escalations.
- Adopt new tools, technology, and processes to improve workflow.
- Use data and reporting to identify service improvement opportunities and expand wallet share.
- Partner with internal resources to ensure account processes and SOPs are complete and followed.
- Maintain a minimum portfolio size by volume and revenue.
- Participate in daily or weekly team stand‑ups for communication and alignment.
- Use technology to manage order statuses and initiate corrective measures during exceptions.
- Leverage Navisphere 2.0 for customer and supplier login creation and support adoption.
- Assist in developing SOPs to manage customer business effectively.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 6 months of Customer Engagement Experience (internal or external).
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and problem‑solving.
- Demonstrated negotiation, collaboration, and influencing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

$19.23 - $38.47 per hour. The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for this location, determined by job‑related skills, experience, and education. Compensation details listed here reflect base pay only and do not include additional variable compensation.
