We’re seeking an ambitious and self‑motivated Outside Roofing Sales Representative to join our team. This is a hybrid, commission‑based (1099) role ideal for driven professionals who thrive on independence, performance, and helping clients make confident roofing decisions.

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and relationship‑building
• Conduct on‑site roof inspections and damage assessments
• Educate customers on roofing solutions, materials, and financing options
• Present detailed estimates and proposals, and guide clients through every step of the sales & insurance claims process if necessary. Our goal is to do what’s right for the client.
• Always collaborate closely with our operations and project management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline status

• Proven success in outside sales a plus, but not required
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
• Highly self‑driven with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
• Ability to manage hybrid work schedule (in‑field and remote follow‑up)

• Competitive commission structure with high earning potential, including 40‑50% of all profit on each project completed
• Marketing support from a trusted, well‑branded company
• Working with the Official Roofing Partner of the Phoenix Suns & Mercury, local news outlets and large‑scale property management companies
