As an Inside Sales Advisor
, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to help dental professionals achieve “Great Dentistry.” You'll manage the full customer journey—from the first call to a successful onboarding—while building trust and delivering an exceptional experience every step of the way.
- Own the customer journey: Guide prospects from inquiry to sale and ensure a seamless handoff to our Customer Success team.
- Stay proactive: Execute a high-touch outreach strategy, ensuring all prospects in your pipeline are engaged regularly.
- Act fast: Respond to new Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) within 10 minutes or less.
- Leverage data: Use our CRM (Hub Spot) and sales metrics to drive efficiency, track progress, and solve challenges.
- Hit key goals: Achieve Quota attainment on both campus workshop and membership goals.
- Strategize for new growth: Partner with our Campus Advisor to engage and bring value to new members.
- Deliver excellence: Ensure a positive and professional experience for every client throughout the sales process.
- 3+ years of sales experience in a similar role (strong phone skills—this role is 100% phone-based).
- CRM experience (Hub Spot preferred) plus proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Occasional after-hours and weekend availability.
- A results-oriented mindset, passion for helping clients, and a commitment to excellence.

This role offers a base salary of $55k plus a commission plan, in addition to benefits and other perks. Team members work in office (North Scottsdale) on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and remote the remaining days of the week.
