At Stretch Zone, we believe that nothing is more important than your health. As a Lead Sales Associate at Stretch Zone, your primary job is to manage the studio and help people realize their own goals through our unique membership model of practitioner-assisted stretch.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales within the studio and hold the Sales Associate team to high standards.
• Greet guests, schedule appointments, answer phones, and address member concerns with excellent customer service.
• Lead, coach, and hold your Sales Associates accountable for daily operations and monthly goals.
• Enhance member retention through excellent service, following operational guides, and regular follow-ups.
• Lead by example, supporting and guiding your team daily.
• Track KPIs to monitor studio performance and assist the General Manager with sales metrics.
• Promote the value of practitioner-assisted stretching by achieving sales goals, encouraging add-on sessions, and improving sales skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to connect confidently with guests and convert them to members after their first session.
• Driven and competitive, capable of holding staff accountable to exceed sales goals.
• Exceptional organization, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Goal-oriented, with experience assisting in setting and achieving goals.
