Zenefits is a tech company, but what we do ultimately affects people's health, not to mention their wallets. We a one stop HRIS platform that manages everything associated with the employee record (payroll, taxes, benefits, insurance, HR reporting, etc.). We centralize and simplify all the boring, disjointed, paper-centric HR stuff that no one wants to deal with, into a very easy, streamlined, elegant platform.
And the best part: our software is FREE. We make our revenue from the channel itself, by becoming the insurance broker of record. It's a highly disruptive, industry-rattling model, and we're growing at a tremendous rate as a result. We grew from 37 ee's in early 2014 to 600+ at year end, and $1M ARR to $20M. This year we're driving towards $100M+ ARR and we'll have over 2000 employees.
As an SMB Account Executive you'll help transform the way companies manage their employees by selling our FREE platform to C-level execs and HR professionals. Combine this with no territories, support from our marketing and SDR teams (they set appointments for you!), and uncapped commission—this is the perfect job for any sales professional.
Responsibilities- Running a discovery of where we can help eliminate our clients’ HR headaches
- Present Zenefits product demonstrations for potential clients
- A closer with 1.5 years minimum closing experience
- Experienced in carrying and crushing a $ million quota
- Experienced in closing enterprise level new business
- Proficient in MS Office Applications, Excel, Google Apps, and CRM tools such as
- A graduate of a four-year university
- Experience selling for a Cloud/SaaS company a plus (Nice-to-haves)
