You will serve as a trusted partner to meeting planners and business leaders—guiding clients from initial inquiry through seamless execution—while actively growing market share and long‑term relationships.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Sales & Business Development- Proactively identify, solicit, and secure new business through targeted outreach, networking, and strategic prospecting
- Grow market share through a balanced approach of internal and external sales efforts
- Research demand generators and emerging market opportunities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expandxfc existing accounts and win competitive business
- Plan, upsell, and meticulously detail meetings and events, including layouts, menus, AV, agendas, and catering
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal operational teams
- Deliver a polished, responsive, and elevated client experience from start to finish
- Build and maintain strong relationships with meeting planners, corporate leaders, and community influencers
- Represent Next Space at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
- Conduct siteks inspections and presentations that showcase Next Space’s unique value
- Leverage social media and digital platforms to promote Next Space and identify opportunity accounts
- Actively market to in‑house guests and existing clients to uncover new business
- Consistently meeting or exceeding revenue goals ฐ
- Building a loyal portfolio of repeat clients
