Store Support - SKIMS - Scottsdale Fashion Square

The ideal SKIMS store support is independent, motivated, results oriented and committed to providing outstanding customer experiences every day.

• Maintain highest level of organization of back stock and maintain visual standard of the SKIMS shop
• Owner of organization and SKIMS visual standards in the shop in shop
• Ensure shapewear boxes, panty consoles, racks & nesting tables are full and neat at all times.
• Ensure fixtures are cleaned and maintained.
• Monitor backstock to keep key items filled in at all times and communicate with Skimbassador if styles or sizes are running low
• Responsible for running a replenishment stock list for inventory needs; then elevate needs monthly using provided template.
• Ensure product is constantly filled in throughout the day.
• Assist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
• Provide general support to the department, e.g. set up special events, organize backroom, markdowns, and relocate store fixtures

• A high level of ownership, accountability and initiative
• Had success working in a fast-paced environment thanks to your ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• The skills to use of a variety of technology and new computer applications
• The ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• The ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
