World Leader in the High-end furniture industry business with 260+ showrooms in more than 60 countries, is looking for a full-time Showroom Administrative Assistant in SCOTTSDALE.

The Brand works closely with renowned Designers, Architects or Fashion houses such as Ora Ito, Marcel Wanders, Jean Paul Gaultier, Kenzo Takada or Missoni Home. Roche Bobois offers also one of the largest range of products in the high-end furniture market with the best of new technologies & materials together with fine craftsmanship from small European workshops.

We are looking for a professional, organized, and customer-friendly Showroom Administrator to support daily operations and ensure an exceptional showroom experience.

The main responsibilities will be:

Sales team assistance

  • Assist sales team with all sales
  • Customer interaction:
    Greet customers and inform them of our services and product information if designers are occupied with another client
  • Help store manager with showroom operations

    Assist designers with clients’ orders from start to finish, updating clients with eta, filing SAVs to air table etc.
  • Update and manage online spreadsheets with showroom information, such as order tracking, swatches, repairs.
  • Any other duties assigned by manager

Marketing and sales tools

  • Maintain materials library and update vendor catalogs/ price lists. Contact vendors for sample requests/information on products
  • Maintain showroom’s tearsheet library
  • Help with inventory maintenance
  • Showroom layout and administrative tasks
Merchandising/Layout of the store upon approval/ request by the store manager
  • Store floor plan update
  • Showroom supplies
  • Field telephone calls
Requirements
  • Prior administrative experience is plus
  • Excellent communication skills and problem solving
  • Attention to detail, organization, and time management
  • Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience
