** boutique, you will bring your unique strengths to the Retail team, helping us deliver impeccable craftsmanship and exceptional service that elevate the ZEGNA client experience. You’ll work closely with the General Manager and Style Advisors to drive meaningful results and shape the way we serve and connect with our clients.

** HOW YOU BRING IT TO LIFE
** Here’s how you’ll bring this role to life each day — making it your own and shaping it with your unique talents and expertise:
* Perform precise, high-quality alterations that reflect ZEGNA’s tailoring standards and aesthetic.
* Consult with clients and Style Advisors during fittings, offering expert guidance on garment construction, styling, and fit.
* Take full ownership of all garments leaving the tailor shop, ensuring excellence in workmanship and customer satisfaction.
* Manage tailoring workload efficiently, maintaining clear communication on timelines, delays, and expectations.
* Collaborate with the store team to support smooth operations and uphold a premium in-store experience.  
** WHO YOU ARE

* You bring 3+ years of experience in luxury tailoring or alterations.
* You’re skilled in garment construction, fittings, and finishing techniques.
* You’re known for your attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
* You thrive when solving technical challenges and delivering high-touch service.
* You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively across diverse audiences.  
** YOUR ZEGNA OFFER
*** Hourly rate: **$30-35/hr
** dependent on experience and qualifications.
