YOUR ROLE

As the full‑time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by rocking out strong LOD (Leader on Duty) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You hold down the daily operations of the store as needed. You train, motivate and celebrate associates and you have a passion for driving killer sales results. • Passionate about driving sales:
  As a key LOD (Leader on Duty), you maximize Fitting Room and Sales floor productivity and build guest loyalty through a best-in-class, in-store guest experience.
• People leader:
  Motivate and inspire the team through AEO's core values, model AEO's service standards, and hold associates accountable.
• Talent scout & trainer:
  Recruit and hire strong talent, ensuring the store is staffed to meet business needs, and develop associates to maintain outstanding service and Guest First culture.
• Teamwork champion:
  Challenge Sales and Stock Associates with clear, attainable goals and provide ongoing performance feedback through real‑time coaching.
• Visual & operational innovator:
  Execute and innovate daily visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing, merchandising moves, and visual standards; keep Fitting Rooms guest‑ready and aligned with AEO Brand Standards.
• Integrity driver:
  Maintain store safety standards, enforce Asset Protection, adhere to AEO policies and procedures, and always do the right thing.
