• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests and venue servers with precision and efficiency.
• Actively take orders, conduct full food and beverage service, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make personalized recommendations for food and drinks.
• Inform guests of daily specials and promotions while ensuring awareness of dietary restrictions or allergies.
• Accurately enter orders into the POS system and follow proper payment handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, bar area, and liquor displays, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Set up and break down bar stations, including stocking supplies, organizing equipment, and completing side work as directed.
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, following state regulations and alcohol awareness training.
• Communicate effectively with servers, managers, chefs, and other team members to meet guest needs seamlessly.
• Participate in daily pre-service meetings, training sessions, and departmental collaborations to enhance skills and team cohesion.

• Experience:
  
  1-2 years of professional bartending experience in high-volume restaurants, nightclubs, or lounges.
• Certification:
  Alcohol Awareness and Food Handling certifications required.
• Skills:
  
  Expertise in mixology, strong communication skills, and a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods. Role involves repetitive motion and exposure to cleaning materials and kitchen elements.
• Availability:
  Flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
