• Must be available to work irregular hours, shifts, weekends, special events and holidays

• A minimum of 2 years of fine-dining Busser, Runner or Server experience; high-volume experience is also ideal
• Strong customer service skills
• High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate, college degree
• Attention to detail
• Ability to carry 3 hot plates comfortably
• Clear thinking, calm demeanor, and good judgment
• Punctual, regular and reliable
• Strong communication skills and ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

• Frequent lifting (up to 50 pounds) and movement of objects
• Ability to work in hot and cold environments
• Ability to be on your feet for an entire shift
• Combination of sitting, walking, and standing for periods of time
