• Must be available to work irregular hours, shifts, weekends, special events and holidays

• A minimum of 1 year of fine-dining busser/runner/barback experience. High volume bar experience is also ideal
• Strong customer service skills
• High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate, college degree
• Attention to detail
• Ability to carry 3 hot plates comfortably and with grace
• Clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems with good judgment
• Punctual, regular and reliable
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Able to manage multiple tasks effectively

The physical requirements listed below are examples of those the Barback may need to perform to carry out essential job functions:

• Exertion of 50 pounds of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, reach with hands, stoop, kneel, or otherwise move objects
• Ability to work in hot and cold environments
• Ability to be on your feet for an entire shift
• Combination of sitting, walking, and standing for periods of time
