Rusty Taco is hiring Temporary Concession Team Members to support food operations during Arizona Diamondbacks Spring Training at Salt River Fields. This is a fast-paced, fun, outdoor work environment serving fans during one of Arizona’s busiest spring events.

Pay Rate $25–$30 per hour, including tips. Tips are pooled and paid out according to company policy.

• Prepare and serve Rusty Taco menu items quickly and accurately
• Take customer orders and process payments using a POS system
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
• Stock supplies and assist with setup and breakdown of the concession stand
• Provide friendly, upbeat customer service to fans
• Work as part of a team in a high-volume environment

• Must be available to work the full event period:
  February 20 – March 24
• Mostly day shifts (10:00 AM-4:00 PM)
• One evening game required
• Weekend availability required (game days)

• Previous food service or concession experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in outdoor conditions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Must be able to follow food safety and cash-handling procedures
