- Able to maintain a flexible work schedule including overtime.
- Must be available to work irregular hours, shifts, weekends, special events and holidays.
- A minimum of 3 years of fine‑dining server experience (high volume experience ideal).
- Elevated service style.
- Strong customer service skills.
- High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate, college degree.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Must be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment.
- Punctual, regular and reliable.
- Strong communication skills and ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Able to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Lift, carry, push, pull, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds frequently.
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments.
- Remain on feet for an entire shift.
- Work involves a combination of sitting, walking, and standing for periods of time.
