• Rotate through several key stations including Prep Cook and Line Cook.
• Follow recipes and prepare fresh ingredients—grill, dice, slice, and season with care.
• Keep your station clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Jump in wherever needed—teamwork is our secret sauce.

• Bring energy and a positive attitude to every shift.
• Thrive in a fast-moving kitchen where no two days are the same.
• Understand the importance of food safety, cleanliness, and following procedures.
• Are willing to learn, cross-train, and pitch in to help their team.
• Can be on their feet, lifting, bending, and moving for their entire shift.

• Food handler certification
• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience (but not required!)
• Availability on nights and weekends
• A passion for tacos, teamwork, and delivering great service
