Talking Stick Golf Club is looking for friendly, professional, and service-driven Servers to join our Food & Beverage team. As a Server, you'll play a key role in providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests—whether they’re enjoying a casual lunch or celebrating a special occasion.
The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. A passion for hospitality and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring correct presentation and temperature
- Be knowledgeable about menu items, daily specials, and promotions
- Upsell and make menu suggestions to enhance the guest experience
- Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service and problem-solving
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Process payments accurately and handle cash/credit transactions
- Assist with event setups, breakdowns, and banquet service as needed

Qualifications
- Previous server or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift trays up to 25 lbs
- Current Arizona Food Handler’s Card and Title 4 Certification (or ability to obtain)
- Flexible schedule, including availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays
