At Bootleggers Modern American Smokehouse, we bring smoked classics, craft cocktails, and warm hospitality together in a lively, upscale‑casual setting. Our Shea location is looking for enthusiastic Servers who thrive in a fast‑paced environment and enjoy creating an exceptional dining experience for every guest.

• Greet guests with a friendly, positive attitude and make them feel welcome.
• Take food and drink orders accurately, enter them into the POS system, and communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations from our menu, including smoked favorites and seasonal features.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring guests have everything they need.
• Check in during service to guarantee guest satisfaction and resolve any concerns quickly.
• Present checks, process payments, and handle cash/credit transactions accurately.
• Support teammates and assist with side work to keep service running smoothly.

• At least 1 year of serving experience (required); prior restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask in a high‑energy environment.
• Positive, professional, and team‑oriented mindset.
• Accuracy in handling money and operating a POS system.
• High school diploma or equivalent.>
