AboutThe Role
Join the service team at The Americano, a modern Italian‑inspired steakhouse by Chef Scott Conant. As a Server Assistant/Busser, you’ll play a key role in delivering warm, seamless, and memorable hospitality—supporting servers, anticipating guest needs, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
What You’ll Do- Support the service team with water, bread, and beverage service.
- Clear, reset, and maintain tables with precision and care.
- Assist servers and runners to ensure timely, polished guest service.
- Maintain organization, sanitation, and readiness of the dining room.
- Uphold brand standards and contribute to an exceptional guest experience.
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred (luxury or fine dining a plus).
- Food Handler’s Card (required).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, and professional demeanor.
