• Must be available to work irregular hours, shifts, weekends, special events and holidays

• A minimum of 3 years of fine-dining server experience. High volume experience is ideal.
• Elevated service style
• Strong customer service skills
• High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate, college degree
• Must be detail-oriented
• Must be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment
• Punctual, regular and reliable
• Strong communication skills and ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• Able to manage multiple tasks effectively

The physical requirements listed below are examples of those of the Server may need to perform in order to carry out essential job functions:

• Persons performing service in this position will exert 50 pounds of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, reach with hands, stoop, kneel, or otherwise move objects
• Ability to work in hot and cold environments
• Ability to be on your feet for an entire shift
• This type of work involves a combination of sitting, walking, and standing for periods of time
