Requirements Responsibilities:As a food runner/prebusser your responsibility is to ensure that food is prepared accurately to how the guest ordered it, is presented according to Lure Fish House standards, has proper accoutrements, and is delivered on time according to the pace of the meal. Pre-buss tables throughout the meal.
- Run food to guest’s table
- Pre-buss tables "Full hands in full hands out"
- Ability to memorize seat numbers & pivot points
- Ability to memorize the floor chart
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion
- Perform other restaurant duties as assigned
- Interact with guests professionally
- Light cleaning
- Restroom checks
- Must be able to run the window with minimal or no supervision at all.
- Must have superior knowledge of our menu items to ensure Quality Checks throughout the entire shift
- Previous experience in customer service, food service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with guests
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to understand and speak English; able to read written instructions in English
- Able to communicate well
