Responsible for ensuring fast, friendly, and courteous service to every customer. Serves as a working Supervisor who runs the service delivery of food and beverage during a scheduled shift.

Directly supervises the Dining Room Host, Busser, Lead F&B Server, F&B Server, Room Service Operator, Room Service Server and Concession Attendant in a specific restaurant outlet. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

A Supervisor level leader is expected to actively support ECMs in their professional and academic goals through:

  Regularly engage with individual ECMs to understand their career interests and educational goals. Offer guidance tailored to their aspirations.

  Proactively inform ECMs about internal and external training, workshops, and educational programs aligned with their development needs.
• Facilitation of Growth:
  Encourage participation in stretch assignments, cross-training, and job shadowing to build new skills and broaden experience.
• Feedback and Recognition:
  Provide constructive feedback and recognize efforts toward self-improvement and career advancement.
• Resource Connection:
  Connect ECMs to relevant mentors, subject matter experts, and specific Pathways to Success programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Ensures excellent customer service for every guest, every time
• Responsible for scheduling of Food/Beverage personnel in respective restaurant outlet.
• Helps with all receivables on a daily basis, storing and inventorying of product from vendors.
• Responsible for ordering of all Food/Beverage supplies for respective restaurant outlet.
• Verifies validity of casino complimentary slips for the food and beverage check.
• Maintains and instructs assigned personnel on safety and health standards, policies and procedures and follows up to ensure hazards are eliminated.
• Ensures that designated work areas, flatware, glasses, dinnerware and other used to serve customers are free from hazards.
• Responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Credit Card Compliance requirements commonly known as PCI by attending training provided by Casino Arizona, at least once a year or more if required by management. Signature verification of course attendance will be required.
• Responsible for the enforcement of PCI regulations to protect card holder data and adhere to the standards to protect the guests’ private card information. This includes, but is not limited to, observing and reporting inappropriate card handling activity, of either customers or by employees, as defined by PCI.
• Responsible for the enforcement of all applicable regulations under the code of Federal Regulations, Title 31, Chapter X, as it pertains to this position. This includes, but is not limited to, observing and reporting suspicious activity, of either customers or employees, as defined in the Code of Federal Regulations.
• Responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all applicable regulations under the CFR Title 31, Chapter X, by attending Title 31/Anti-Money Laundering training, provided by Casino Arizona, at…
