The ideal candidate has hands-on restaurant or kitchen experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for hospitality. This role requires someone who is comfortable working on the floor, supporting staff, managing service standards, and maintaining a welcoming, high-quality dining environment.

Compensation: $60k+ annually, based on experience

First Service Residential will compensate the successful candidate in accordance with the posted range. The salary or wage paid to the successful candidate will be commensurate with experience, education, and specific job responsibilities. For positions designated at a client's property, the salary or wage will also be premised upon the client's directive. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

• Oversee daily food and beverage operations for the community’s private restaurant
• Lead, supervise, and support a team of approximately 5 associates, including servers and kitchen staff
• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and service
• Actively work alongside staff during service to support operations and guest satisfaction
• Schedule staff, manage coverage, and ensure adequate staffing levels
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members to promote consistency and excellent service
• Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage food and beverage supplies
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Address resident and guest feedback promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with community leadership on menus, special events, and service improvements
• Maintain a positive, team-oriented, and service-focused work environment

• Prior experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is required
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in food and beverage operations preferred
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hospitality best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to lead by example and work hands-on with the team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and special events as needed

• 3+ year of resultant experience (required)
• 2+ years leading a team (required)
• Valid Food Handlers card required

• Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds
• Able to work in a kitchen and dining environment with varying temperatures

Full-time schedule. Restaurant hours are Tuesday through Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Shifts may vary based on restaurant needs.
