This is a full-time, on-site Property Manager role located in Scottsdale, AZ. The Property Manager will oversee daily operations of commercial properties, ensure tenant satisfaction, manage maintenance schedules, and handle financial aspects such as budgeting and rent collection. Responsibilities also include coordinating with vendors, conducting property inspections, and preparing regular reports for property owners.

• Experience in property management and tenant relations
• Skills in preparing and managing budgets, and financial reporting
• Proficiency in property maintenance and vendor management
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with property management software is a plus
• Understanding of local real estate laws and regulations
