You will handle all real estate activities and transactions on behalf of the clients. This is a full-time role, but part-time consideration will be made.

• List and sell residential or commercial real estate
• Coordinating housing permits is a plus
• Escrow/transaction coordination with buyers
• Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers
• Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
• Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
• Verify and disclose property facts to clients

• 3+ years of previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields
• Real Estate license - MUST
• MLS experience
• Outlook/Excel experience required
• Property listing experience
• Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Base pay + commission
• 2 weeks of vacation/year
• Allowance for healthcare
