Overview

Nations Home Buyer is a nationwide real estate investment company specializing in the acquisition and sale of off-market residential properties. We work with homeowners and real estate investors across the U.S. to create efficient, win-win transactions. As we continue to scale, we are expanding our Dispositions team and seeking a driven sales professional to manage investor relationships and monetize contracted deals.

Role Description

This is a performance-based role with uncapped commission and strong earning potential. High performers are rewarded based on deal volume, execution quality, and profitability. Consistent deal flow, operational support, and systems are in place to support sustained earnings growth.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dispositions Manager located in Scottsdale, AZ
. The Dispositions Manager is responsible for selling contracted investment properties to cash buyers and investors while maximizing assignment fees and ensuring timely closings.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day responsibilities include pricing deals using market data, preparing and marketing property packages, negotiating terms with investors, coordinating walkthroughs and inspections, and managing each transaction from contract to close. This role requires strong relationship management, consistent follow-up, and close collaboration with Acquisitions, Marketing, and Leadership to optimize deal performance and profitability.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in property sales, real estate transactions, and market analysis
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM and property management software is a plus
  • Problem-solving abilities and a results-driven attitude
  • Prior experience or knowledge in real estate is advantageous
  • A valid real estate license is preferred or must be obtained within a reasonable timeframe
