Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties in the Scottsdale area.
• Conduct market research to provide accurate property valuations and competitive market analysis.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process.
• Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings at the Scottsdale office and various locations.
• Negotiate contracts and offers between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable terms for all parties.
• Stay up-to-date with local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends specific to Arizona.
• Collaborate with the Shanna Day Team to meet sales goals and contribute to overall team success.

Qualifications

• Valid Arizona real estate license in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in residential real estate sales preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the Scottsdale real estate market and local neighborhoods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
• Proficient with real estate CRM software and MLS systems.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation and flexible schedule to accommodate client needs.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships.
• Familiarity with real estate contracts, disclosures, and legal requirements in Arizona.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment at Shanna Day Team - Arizona.
