This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent based in Scottsdale, AZ. The role involves assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting luxury real estate properties, ensuring a seamless and tailored experience. Responsibilities include managing property listings, conducting property tours, negotiating contracts, providing expert market insights, and fostering positive relationships with clients. The agent will also collaborate with the eXp Luxury team to promote properties and execute strategic sales initiatives.

• Valid Real Estate License
• Strong Sales and Real Estate expertise
• Proven experience in Real Property transactions
• Excellent Customer Service and relationship-building skills
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
• Proficiency in using technology and real estate databases
• Familiarity with luxury property markets is highly advantageous
• Self-driven and motivated to meet and exceed sales targets
