Responsibilities

• Complete the PLACE Launch 90-Day Training Program
• Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
• Advise buyers, secure signed agreements, and help them find suitable homes
• Negotiate purchase offers for both sellers and buyers
• Maintain and update tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
• Host 3-4 open houses each month
• Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
• Engage in team activities according to team standards
• Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Advise sellers, secure listings, and market their properties
• Keep informed about real estate market trends and regulatory changes
• Work collaboratively with other real estate professionals, including lenders and inspectors

Qualifications

• Highly motivated sales expert with a competitive team-oriented mindset
• Skilled at establishing rapport, understanding client needs, and offering tailored solutions
• Proficient in prospecting and generating leads
• Naturally adept at overcoming objections
• Exceptional communicator with a dedication to customer service
• Collaborative team member
• Licensed real estate agent in Arizona
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales
• Thorough understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and procedures
• Eager to learn and open to coaching
• Capable of analyzing market data and trends to provide precise pricing advice
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Excellent time management skills
• Meticulous attention to detail for accuracy in contracts, documents, and financial calculations
• Highly organized
