• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ psychiatric and overall health needs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and the care team
• Administer medications and monitor for efficacy and side effects
• Provide patient and family education and support regarding psychiatric conditions and treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and document findings in compliance with home health regulations
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
• Serve as an advocate for patients, promoting mental health wellness and recovery in a home environment

• Active RN license in Arizona
• 1–2 years of psychiatric nursing experience preferred
• Home Health experience is a plus
• Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a patient-centered approach
