We’re seeking a caring, motivated LPN or RN who loves connecting with people, coaching caregivers, and helping seniors thrive safely in their homes. This is a hands‑on, field‑based role that blends nursing knowledge with relationship building and training.
What You’ll Do- Conduct client assessments and create or update individualized care plans.
- Provide training, coaching, and delegation for caregivers in the field.
- Collaborate with families and the care team to ensure high-quality, compassionate service.
- Support medication oversight and related documentation as needed.
- Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, and office staff to keep care seamless.
- Serve as a trusted nursing resource for caregivers and clients.
- Active, unencumbered LPN or RN license in Arizona
- Current CPR certification
- At least 1 year of experience in home care, senior care, or a related setting
- Excellent communication and teaching skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- $58,000 – $72,000 per year, based on experience and license
