• Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.
• Current LPN/LVN license to practice in Arizona.
• Minimum of one 1 year of experience in an acute care or equivalent setting.
• CPR certification is required.
• Valid driver's license with auto insurance meeting Arizona state requirements; must have a reliable vehicle.
